NCP was founded by a group of uniquely talented individuals that bring over 40 years in aggregate of development and management expertise to this specialized asset class. Building on the success with previous national student apartment developers, NCP embarked on a journey to continue to develop and manage student apartments. As this new venture represented the Next Chapter in their individual lives, and college represents the Next Chapter in our tenants' lives, the company was named Next Chapter Properties.
