Why I started the real estate brokerage: As the Broker/Owner, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist,(SRES) Next Chapter Real Estate was created out of necessity to solve a recurring problem as people a day are turning 65 in America. In my prior career as a Senior Living Executive Director for Assisted Living Communities and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. I met with many 55+ clients and/or their adult children exploring new housing options for their loved ones. MOST felt overwhelmed with the thought of going through EVERYTHING, packing, sorting, coordinating movers, an Estate sale, wondering what furniture will fit when downsizing, unpacking, and cleaning. Attempting to orchestrate everything necessary in conjunction with selling a home and assisting a loved one with choosing the best new home or Assisting Living Community is an enormous undertaking.
