Next Level Performance Consulting with men and women coached since 2011 was founded in 2011 to build the fittest leaders by empowering Next Level men & women to prioritize their health, eliminate stress and create alignment between their habits and behaviors! Founded by a Marine Corps veteran with nearly 25 years of strategic leadership experience he realized the plight of leaders, people of influence and high achievers is losing themselves in pursuit of momentous achievement. Next Level has designed organizational efficiency as having the right people in the right roles doing the right work! Further, when those three components are accounted for and those individuals are playing to their strengths in their respective genius, they become a force multiplier for the team! Next Level has ability to assess the individuals on a team, and how they interact at an organizational level. We are able to identify points of friction and, most importantly, the complimentary elements that will move the needle for the team. This empowers the organization to do two things: embrace a culture of honest conflict, and rid the organization of dishonest harmony. Nothing is more detrimental to the success of a team than unmet and miscommunicated expectations, immediately followed by systemic “presenteeism” in which members of the team show up, do the minimum required and simply go through the motions.
