Cassandra, who is the founder of NLW and Lead Stylist, started her journey of personal styling after what many of you reading this have experienced: frustration with endless clothing options and contradicting style advice. Even though Cassandra had spent over twenty years in the fashion industry creating Soulcycle and Equinox’s retail businesses, she was confused about what to wear. She realized that her closet was full of fast fashion, trends, and items that weren’t her.
