Next Step Counseling is a niche boutique group practice that provides individual and couples therapy with expertise in relationship and life transitions. We are mindfully holistic in our treatment. We use approaches backed by science and research while providing first-class hospitality that gives you warm and individualized attention and care. Our specialties include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships (monogamous and non-traditional), grief & loss, co-dependency, and phase of life concerns. We are a safe and affirming place for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks. We are highly-trained, warm, and thoughtful clinicians who thoroughly enjoy getting to know our clients. Our therapy is based on working with you in a collaborative, genuine and productive manner.
