Next Step Therapy

Next Step Therapy is an outpatient occupational therapy practice providing evidence-driven, exceptional, and compassionate therapy in the comfort of your home. ADL/IADL Therapy: Interventions ranging from self feeding, to showering, dressing, cooking, and managing medications/finances, etc. Cardiopulmonary Therapy: Focuses on improving endurance, strength, and energy conservation. Dementia: Treatment focuses on enabling safe care of clients while maximizing function. Falls Prevention: Interventions targeting underlying deficits in balance, strength and activity tolerance, as well as assessment of the home environment. Parkinson’s Disease: We offer the LSVT Big protocol for Parkinson’s disease. Stroke / TBI Therapy: Addresses the physical and/or cognitive challenges resulting from stroke or brain injury. Upper Extremity Therapy: Improves range of motion, strength, and/or coordination of the arm and hand.
