We were busy people, in a busy world, going about satisfying the curiosity of science but all the time at the back of our minds knowing there was more to why we work hard to grow in knowledge and skill. We learnt the most advanced scientific skills and tools and applied them with zeal to understand nature, provide solutions and help others grow their scientific research expeditiously. While this was gratifying and fulfilling, we were jolted back to why we began this journey in the first place! In our view, science and scientific advancement should work to make the world a better place! When we lost our friend due to the failure of the system, we know it was time! He (a wonderful husband; an amazing father; a mentor; a dedicated friend) died because he could not get the personalized care that he needed (timely tests, doctors that actually cared enough about him, the right medication and care). It was so disheartening as this was the case of a story on the replay! Felt like it keeps happening to people we love. This time, we had had enough! With earnest determination, Nextgen Molecular lab was born, to offer personalized, human-centered care. We are just at our beginning. Our first step has been to set up a dedicated diagnostic lab and to put together one of the most amazing talented team in our Nairobi facility. We have excelled in providing efficient and reliable service to our clients. We care! This is where we have began and this shall remain our number 1.
