NextSite was started in 2015 to disrupt the traditional retail consulting industry. In 2016, we recognized the need in communities to start focusing on all commercial development opportunities. We have no conflicts of interest – we are not developers, we are not brokers and we do not lease space. We do not over-promise and under-deliver. We focus on the developers, tenant reps and end-users that drive the development decision making process, and we connect them to the opportunities we identify in markets across the U.S. Last, but certainly not least, we consistently communicate with our clients regarding our process and efforts.
