NEXT STEP Journey They say that, “In midst of every crisis lies an opportunity” When the industry was going through a dry rough patch and adverse effects of the pandemic, four buoyant characters who have devoted their work life to their passion of travel, saw a promising opportunity and grasped it with both hands. All four members been in the corporate working environment for so long, was excited at the thought of having no corporate restrictions and the freedom to do what’s meaningful. This bold step was taken considering long-term business partnerships have been built with their loyal counterparts internationally and locally who have been with us over the years through our journey. Then came the deliberation on what their next step would be? After much brainstorming, lot of coffee and pondering, they thought why not ‘Next Step’ be the name of the company? Rationale and thinking behind the name were simplicity and a futuristic approach in all our endeavors in the way forward which happens to be the name of the main group of companies. The travel arm of the company ‘NextStep Journey’ stands for the team’s belief that every travel is a next step of a long journey in every individual’s life. The core management crew is a small tight-knit team of uniquely skilled and well-seasoned industry specialists with a collective experience of over 60 years. Each of the members bring in wealth of knowledge and expertise being exposed to different international markets and business segments throughout their respective career path over the years.
