We have helped to build a dozen of businesses and co-founded a few ourselves over the past 10+ years we have spent in China. To date, NextStep also helped to raise over 20 Million RMB and is managing 4 projects (all Entertainment / F&B / FoodTech related and working with each other) which are part of the studio. NextStep uses this network as part of our commitment to helping our portfolio companies grow their business, so our operating teams provide founders with access to expertise and insights across the entire spectrum of company building. Our business model is simple:% equity shares +/- retainer depending on the needs. Success fees based on a percentage in convertible notes for fundraising or strategic partnership.
