Nextstep Workshops

NextStep is for people who are passionate about learning. We help build communities for the curious where they can share their ideas and also learn from others, and provide a venue for individuals who aim for continuous improvement of their entrepreneurial skills. Founded by Greg Prudhommeaux and Joe Constanty, NextStep was conceptualized in 2007 as a way of connecting people. The goal was help build a curated network of business professionals and provide access to relevant information to assist them in building their careers, and in turn help the Shanghai Business community flourish. Three years after its establishment, NextStep has developed over 150 networking events, forums and round table sessions with a community of entrepreneurs, GMs and consultants well over people in Shanghai. After a few year hiatus, NextStep is back in 2016, this time with an offline and online platform designed to assist professionals, entrepreneurs, managers and business owners accelerate their businesses. With workshops catered to the different needs of the audience, NextStep provides professionals with the opportunity to gain knowledge from expert resources who share their best practices in their chosen fields. From identifying brand identity, improving organizational skills to creating pitches and reading balance sheets, NextStep is always in search for specific topics that arouse the interest of its audience.
