Nextstep

Nextstep is the career fair of Jönköping International Business School. The mission of Nextstep is to introduce the students of JIBS to the working life. Nextstep aims to be the most professional and well organized career fair among business schools in Sweden. At Nextstep students are able to get in contact with their dream companies and find out what future employers look for when they recruit students. Companies visit Nextstep in order to attract and employ the students of their preference before someone else does! Nextstep consists of three main activities: Prestep, Nextstep, and a banquet. Prestep is an event that is held two weeks before Nextstep. At Prestep we help our students to prepare for Nextstep so that they are fully equipped and ready to meet the companies at Nextstep. Nextstep is the actual fair where the students get to interact with the attending companies, and possibly attend to interviews with them.
