Nexus Bioenergy

Nexus Bioenergy helps the food and beverage industry recover energy and nutrients from low value byproducts and waste biomass. Nexus’s Bio1 Refinery is a combined anaerobic-digestion and composting system that produces electricity and fertilizer from a variety of feedstocks utilizing a patented high solids digestion technology developed at Colorado State University. Nexus's Bio1 Refinery is the only biogas system delivered as a prefabricated, turnkey, modular system for rapid assembly and startup on the customer’s site. Nexus provides the system as a long term lease along with operation and maintenance services. Nexus is currently soliciting interest from food processing plants particularly in the dairy and livestock sectors.
