Nfn Brain Connections

Our mission is to provide the best concussion and clinical neuropsychological assessments and aftercare (e.g, cognitive rehabilitation, short-term individual and group psychotherapy) to our clients. We work with individuals who have had a brain injury (e.g, concussion) or other neuro-cognitive disorder with resulting changes to their cognition and aspects of their mental health and lives (e.g, sports, work, school, family, sleep, concentration, memory, performance anxiety). It's important for us to work with your treatment team (e.g, medical doctor, coach, athletic trainer) and family members or friends who are supporting you in your journey.
