Ngo Jung & Partners was established in 1978 with an aim of bridging Europe with Asia. Under the drive of its founder, Gérard Ngo, the firm was the first foreign law firm to be authorized to practice law in Vietnam. After advising in investment law, the firm diversified its practice and serviced companies from South East Asia in M&A and in complex litigations. Today, the firm’s clients come from all over the world and range from governments, large insurance companies to investors.
