Ngo Unit

NGO Unit is a Ukrainian non-profit organization founded in 2015 by a group of active and forward-thinking volunteers. Over the past decade, NGO Unit has grown into a professional organization whose activities in Ukraine and beyond aim to promote psychological stability and well-being, social development, economic independence, and the cultivation of civic responsibility among Ukrainian youth. We have opened two centers, in Kyiv and Dnipro, which serve as spaces for non-formal education, recreation, and psychological recovery for teenagers, young people, and their families, as well as hubs for youth-led socially significant initiatives. NGO Unit specialists conduct youth retreats and leadership/educational camps in safe regions of Ukraine using their own recovery-focused methods. Our team organizes youth exchanges and volunteer opportunities under the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs. Key Areas of Work: Psychological support (individual/group consultations, transformational games, therapeutic sessions, retreats, physical activities) Social development (non-formal education, youth camps, communication communities, group social initiatives, volunteering, international youth exchanges) Economic empowerment (professional skills, financial and project training) Mission To support young people and their families in their psychological, economic recovery, and development, as well as social integration. We aim to inspire Ukrainian youth, helping them strengthen their inner resilience so that everyone feels capable of improving their own lives and shaping the future of Ukraine together.
