We are Nhood Services Romania, a real estate consulting services company, we manage, animate, develop and transform existing sites into new living places. We have expertise covering areas such as community engagement, operating and commercializing mixed-use projects, asset management, and developing sustainable projects with a wide range of functions and services (shops, residences, offices, hotels, community hubs). We target urban regeneration projects that have a triple positive impact: social, environmental, and economic – People, Planet, Profit. We bring together the skills and real estate know-how of more than 1.300 experts from 11 countries to regenerate and transform an initially managed portfolio of nearly 300 shopping centers in Europe, including 19 in Romania, with a potential of housing units within 40 real estate projects. The value of assets for which Nhood is mandated is estimated at over 8 billion euros. At Nhood, we act on behalf of real estate asset owners, such as Ceetrus real estate companies (present in 10 countries in Europe), companies and brands of the Mulliez Family Association (Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Auchan, etc.), and third-party partners who have already shown confidence in our mission and vision (Morgan Stanley in Italy, Pharos Real Estate Fund SCA in Luxembourg, Primonial and CNP in France, etc.). Nhood brand name means abbreviation of "neighbourhood" and is supported by its motto "places full of life." This identity affirms its commitment to creating vibrant spaces and expresses the desire to create sustainable added value for citizens and their cities.
