We are the Health Board for the Shetland Islands which are part of Scotland. NHS Shetland is responsible for health care for a population of around Our strategic intent is to provide easy access to high quality, sustainable and person-centred care as close to home as possible and make a meaningful difference to the building blocks of good health in our communities.
