In 2010 I established NI Resourcing because I felt I could bring my skills and knowledge from a successful 10 years in Recruitment in the Agri-Food business in Northern Ireland. I wanted to bring a bespoke personalised service to both my clients and candidates with my ability to build relationships and rapport for a successful outcome for everyone. I specialise in recruitment of staff to the Agri-Food and FMCG industries in the UK and ROI. This encompasses all aspects of professional recruitment including, Technical, QA, NPD, Production, Sales and Marketing and Engineering.
