At Niagara Development Group, our focus is aimed at Building Financially Sustainable Dwelling Units For All no matter your social, economic, or financial situation. When it comes to residential construction, the construction industry is stuck in the past. Prolonged construction timeframe, outdated practices, and custom builds lead to increased construction costs, unobtainable home prices, and drawn out wait times for home owners to move in. Our solution to the looming housing shortage crisis is to build smart, sustainable, and efficient. Customization is one of the biggest factors when it comes to time and cost. By eliminating specific materials that cost a fortune or take months to get delivered, we can still maintain a high level of quality AND be able to erect homes faster. Our goal is to bring back the "starter home" for so many first time home buyers, retirees, and empty nesters. We fully understand that with all of our available product options that this will not be for everyone. We are not here to compete with the builders or developers that are constructing the 4 or 5 bedroom homes with the movie theatre basement or spacious primary bedroom. We are looking to build 1 and 2 bedroom homes for people who cannot afford homes or are looking to downsize and have less to maintain. This will provide home owners with a home that they can have equity in and call their own. If they outgrow this home in a few years, they can sell and upgrade to something bigger with more features or hold on to the property and make it a rental for supplemental income.
