NIB Projects is a family business established in 1991 by Lyndsay and Richard Fowlds as a niche property broking company specialising in the leasing of convenience retail centres and the leasing of offices in the North West suburbs of Johannesburg. In the 28 years of trading, NIB has enjoyed consistent success working with many different professional teams for the development of convenience shopping centres, sectional title offices and residential units. We are well-connected and versatile and can assist in all types of commercial and residential property transactions, both large or small.
