Nick specialises in School MIS and HR System Migrations including iSAMS and MHR iTrent. Nick manages the procurement and selection, data migration, the delivery of the project, and staff training and mentoring. Nick has delivered systems across the UK and the Channel Islands, delivering Project Management, Procurement Management, Software Consultancy, Software Training, and Business Development Management. Nick has many years of Project Management and Consultancy Experience in multiple sectors, recently focusing on working with Independent Schools and Foundations to transform their MIS provision and integrate HR and Payroll Systems. Experiemced at merging Schools into a single system. Nick has delivered consultancy on around 50 Projects and Project Managed around 20 Projects across the UK. Each project followed Prince 2 principles (Qualified Prince 2 Practitioner 2015).
