Mark ‘NICO’ Nicholls signed as a professional footballer for Chelsea at the age of 18, going on to play in the Premier League, the Champions League, EFL, Scottish Leagues and English domestic cup competitions. Now a professional coach, Mark specialises in working one-to-one with released Scholarship players. Focusing on aftercare, Mark takes an 'arm around the shoulder' approach to rebuilding confidence and strengthening the areas in need of improvement. Mark explains,"Now is the time for them to reconnect with the game. By remaining focused and committed they can still achieve. Together we will push forward and work hard to improve, here at NICO we have built an environment where these improvements can be recognised and opportunities be reopened at league and non-league levels." As well as having FA Welfare trained staff on our team, NICO have also partnered with Alpha Physiotheraphy who help to manage the conditioning and recovery needs of professional athletes.
