Nicols + Brien was formed in October 1998 and is a specialised Insolvency Practice. As fully qualified practitioners, we can assist by providing practical, no-nonsense advice and can take on the full range of Appointments. The Practice concentrates its efforts on assisting with the provision of practical, meaningful and cost effective solutions to Insolvency problems. This involves pro-active involvement from initial advice, to conclusion of any matter. The size of the practice is ideally suited for small to medium size Administrations with a strong emphasis on trade-on and investigative skills. All Professional Staff have degrees in Commerce or Law and update their skills with current training and research. We have offices in Sydney and Wollongong in New South Wales and pride ourselves on being available at short notice to travel wherever the situation demands.
