Nidasu’s solutions include - Retention and Opportunity Reporting - Key Performance Indicator reporting, composite reporting- Dealer’s Management Systems Integration: o Collection, Collation and reportin of service, parts, and sales invoice data o Provision of VIN-lookup information o Automated Parts Receipting o Service model and schedule information - Automotive Service Model and Service Schedules: definitions and management of same- Customer surveying: email and paper; dynamic surveys and question logic, follow-up process - Parts Purchase Reporting - Distributor to end-customer incentive applications (such as parts purchase incentives)- Motor-show displays - Interactive data displays (showing, for instance, user specific service pricing)- Workshop management tools Nidasu’s Clients Nidasu’s clients include many major Australian Distributors and international distributors Nidasu’s Directors Jonathan Scharrer and Tim Courtney are Electrical Engineers (Sydney University), and both have Dealership experience. Jonathan has been a Dealer Principal and owner-partner automotive franchises.
