Our First Level Selection Process Our associates undergo a careful screening process that includes: • Personal interview and application with verifiable work history and professional references • Competency demonstrated by appropriate examination and skills inventory • Verification of professional license • Basic Life Support and other certifications as necessary • Documented physical exam • Background check and drug screening We have over 300 associates all based in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, and over 100 associates based in Cebu. We are currently working on expanding our reach to Iloilo and Davao. Our large pool of Healthcare Associates are all currently licensed, certified and have attended an accredited nursing institution.
