Our Industrial Park is comprised of 1.9MM f2 of land, connected by 3+ km of internal pathways, housing 30 customizable buildings ranging from to f2, perfectly suited for both manufacturing and service operations. We are strategically located in the heart of the most important industrial zone in Dominican Republic - just 12 minutes from Rio Haina Port - which currently moves the majority of the trade volume between U.S.A. and D.R. Our goal is to offer world-class tailored services so our tenants can focus on their core business while we take care of the park's ecosystem.
