Ar. Niteen Kokane, started practice in March 1998, eventually in 1992 he named his firm as Niki Associates. The ethical values and skills are the foundation of our practice. We are a full service architectural design firm with demonstrated experience and breadth of skill in large scale project as well as smaller specialized and highly crafted commissions. We have designed private residences, retail and commercial spaces, hotels, libraries, schools and other cultural facilities. We quickly established a reputation for mastering complexity - passionately synthesizing and balancing all the forces that define clearly conceived and executed projects - many for distinguished and well-known clients. The added value of a thoughtful approach is amply demonstrated by the frequency with which past clients and new owners of previously designed spaces seek us out for our creativity. OUR MISSION Niki Associates is an architectural firm specializing in the residential design of unique, custom, and comfortable homes. We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our clients’ needs and preferences, interpret these needs, and then transform them into beautiful and comfortable homes. Our attention to detail is key to making our homes places of “lived art”.We focus on maximizing sunlight and views, protecting existing mature vegetation, and creating privacy. We do not have a “signature style”. We deliberately allow our clients’ tastes and desires to direct the course of our design. We strive to provide our clients with an interactive design experience. We find that through this process our clients’ partake in a creative and thought-provoking experience that results in a unique, well-crafted, and beautiful home.
