Nilgun Kuruoz is an executive who has managed teams of various structures and sizes in 24 years out of her 26 years of experience, mostly in the leading institutions of the financial industry. Although she answers the question “What is your profession?” as “I am a computer engineer”, in addition to information technologies she assumed responsibilities in different domains throughout her career and beared many titles from software developer to assistant general manager. Throughout her professional life, the role she enjoyed most and felt that she made the most difference is, leading transformational, large-scale, complex project and programs, independent of domain. She has accumulated a unique know-how and skill set combining Information Technology Management and Governance, Large-Scale Transformational Programme & Project Management, Organisation, Business Process Re-engineering, Service and Operations Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Payment Systems. Nilgün Kuruöz has founded Nilsight Consultancy to focus on creating transformation in corporations and individuals the rest of her career by providing consultancy, mentoring and coaching.
