Built for hyper-local production and delivery, Nimble Farms operates entirely on renewable energy—powered by local solar, wind, and hydroelectric sources—reinforcing their commitment to reducing their environmental impact. Nimble Farms grows hundreds of varieties of safe, pesticide-free, non-GMO crops year-round, including living lettuces, herbs (both living and cut), microgreens, and mushrooms. Nimble Farms partners closely with local supermarkets, farmers’ markets, schools, and hospitals across New York State and the broader Northeast region to meet their demand for fresh, local produce. Currently operating farms in Olean and Buffalo, NY, the company plans to expand throughout NY State and PA in 2025, with plans to scale to 100 farms in the coming decade.
