Collectively as a team we have over 20 years experience in this field, and although we are a fairly new company, so far we haven't had a single Flood Risk Assessment that hasn't received planning permission and 90% of our business is through word of mouth. SUR1 forms to achieve credits under the 'Code for Sustainable Homes' are produced by our team regularly, as well as Flood Risk Assessments for this also. There has also been a surge in the number of Flood Risk Assessments we are being asked to do for BREEAM credits, again we have a 100% pass rate for these. We recognise that clients budget's are getting tighter and tighter.
