Guided by clear-cut ideas she led the hospital towards gaining the present stature. Niveditha was also a good motivator and was capable of handling important situations and to find an immediate solution for most of the problems that were often encountered in challenging managerial decision making. Continuing her legacy, her son Dr. Sandeep Gampa serves now as a partner of SRI RAM HOSPITAL & nimi DENTAL and plays a key role in meticulously analyzing each step in accomplishing the vision put forward by the founder. With his expertise in leadership and management, Dr. Sandeep is responsible for the overall working of the enterprise in making strategic decisions in day to day activities and functioning.
