Nishati's business model is based on building a portfolio of 20-25 year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) concluded with bankable counterparties. Where better suited, shorter-term PPAs have been negotiated for clients in sectors such as agriculture or mining. Once originated, the PPAs are bundled and financed with long-term, institutional capital.
