1985 - Niso Teknik AB grundades av Bengt Åke Nilsson. Utvecklade Easy Balance balansering för däck. 2004 - Safety Seal Europe AB och Safety Seal GmbH förvärvas och fusioneras in i verksamheten. 2010 – Bygger kvm lager och kontor på Plogvägen i Grästorp 2013 – Förvärvar rättigheterna till Safe Wheel 2015 – UAB Niso Teknik grundas med säte i Vilnius, Litauen. 2016 – Maxigrip AB förvärvas och flyttas från Kalmar till Grästorp 2019 – Vool AB förvärvas och flyttas från Kungsbacka till Grästorp 2019 – Utbyggnad av lager 1800 kvm på Plogvägen. 2019 – Förvärvar Inkråmet av Nordpolymer. Plastproduktion etableras i Grästorp. 2021 – Dotterbolagen Safety Seal Europe, Maxigrip och Vool fusioneras till moderbolaget NisoTech AB 2021 – Niso Tech ingick i ett samarbete för utveckling av Laddboxar och Niso Plus bildas. 2022 – Web Shop och lager för Lyson.se förvärvas och flyttas från Borås till Grästorp.
