Nissan Myanmar

Tan Chong Motor (Myanmar) Co, Ltd.(TCMM) was established in June 2013. In July 2013, Nissan Motor Japan has appointed TCMM as their sole & exclusive authorized assembler and distributor for all Nissan models in Myanmar. In August 2013, the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) has approved and issued to TCMM a license for the production of vehicles in Bago. This new plant will allow TCMM to work closely with the government and to contribute to the Myanmar’s economy by hiring local talent and provide training to prepare for the future growth of the Myanmar market. At present, the Nissan Sunny is assembled in SKD form in one leased factory at Yangon. The Bago plant is Tan Chong Motor Group’s 4th vehicle assembly plant in South East Asia region. The Bago plant also caters for multi-brands assembly project. Nissan in Myanmar is managed solely and exclusively by TCMM. Our appointed dealers are the sales arms of Nissan vehicles in Myanmar. The first Nissan 3S Showroom opened in 2013 in Kamayut Township, Yangon. Up to date, we have authorized dealers in Yangon, Mandalay, Sagaing and Nay Pyi Taw.
