Njani Estate

Njani Estate is a coffee farm whose overall objective is to promote sustainable coffee production through the revitalization of the entire value chain from production of CWR coffee seedlings, to modern production techniques that will help reduce poverty amongst rural and urban dwellers in Uganda today. At Njani Estate, we seek to be a part of the solution to the wide spread aging and abandonment of many plantations, triggered by the outbreak of coffee wilt disease. We hope to achieve this by engaging in the production of fast growing CWR seedlings by cloning of surviving mother plants. Njani coffee has already set up a mature CWR, UCDA approved mother garden with strong bushes, and covering all CWR types 1-7.
