With a background in sales management, sales training and also working within the charity sector, I now design and deliver training courses. My aim is to understand the challenges an organisation wants to improve, alongside the experience and specific areas that individuals attending training want to work on. I then design a course specifically matched to deliver what is required, and work with managers to ensure everything that is learnt becomes embedded, providing maximum impact. I am passionate about how learning and enhancing sales skills can benefit relationships with supporters leading to more opportunities to increase donations whilst building long term relationships.
