Our MISSION at NLSA Surf is to provide the best experiences and opportunities for youth soccer players through an inspired, unified approach to training, competition, and community service. Our VISION is to provide the most comprehensive player development environment for soccer in Mercer County. We look to unify our members, aspire for on and off the field excellence, and ignite passion for the world's game within our community. We want to be a leader in soccer growth among youth clubs in the US. Our PHILOSOPHY at NLSA Surf is that we believe every player MATTERS, player development is the focus, and a united team/culture is a priority. We look to provide a safe place for players to ignite their passion for the world's game and instill excellence in leadership, development, and growth within a unified community approach.
