Founded in 2019 by Neeha Nagpal and Malak Bhatt, NM Law Chambers is a full service litigation outfit based out of New Delhi. The firm regularly appear before various forums like Supreme Court, High Court, NCLAT / NCLT etc. Their area of specialization includes insolvency laws, commercial litigation and white collar crime advisory & defence. Both the founding partners have more than 10 years of experience and have represented & advised various multinational companies in litigation proceedings before Supreme Court & High Courts. They have also advised & represented various companies, promoter groups & individuals in multiple criminal investigations & trials launched by various agencies. Neeha Nagpal was awarded the Forbes 'Tycoons of Tomorrow' Award in 2018 & also featured in the ‘Forbes Powerlist 2021 for Top Individual Lawyers [above 10 years experience]’ Malak Bhatt was recognised by Legal 500 as a 'rising star' in the APAC region in White Collar Crimes.
