No Canary – High-Performance Plug-and-Play Recycling Lines for Lithium-Ion Batteries Lithium-ion batteries contain valuable raw materials, 95 % of which can be recovered using No Canary’s recycling technology. The production of new battery materials from lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, graphite, aluminum, manganese and organic solvents, requires energy and releases for instance CO2 emissions. The energy consumption and emissions associated with the extraction of raw materials can be significantly reduced through environmentally friendly recycling.
