No Curdinary Whey, Inc. is a specialty and artisan cheese retailer focusing in on cheese education and providing its customers with a unique experience that resembles that of a winery’s wine-tasting experience. The concept is to do for specialty / artisan cheeses what wineries did for wine - to make cheese shopping a unique experience and to make each No Curdinary Whey store feel like a destination where consumers can have fun and learn. The Company's stores will feature onsite cheese making, a 2,816 sq. ft. restaurant, with 1500 sq. ft. comprising the dining area, a cheese lounge with a view into the ageing room, cheese tasting, cheese education, wine pairings, cheese gift baskets, and a cheese of the month club. Ultimately, No Curdinary Whey's goal is to help make cheese into a hobby, much like that of wine tasting and provide cheese lovers with a personalized, educational and fun experience.
