No Mad Baker was started off by Regina Daga and Varun Bhattacharyya in 2014 as a small home-run pizza place. We now have two kitchens serving great pizzas to a large chunk of Ahmedabad. We strongly believe in transparency when it comes to food and use only the best quality ingredients available to produce a fresh and delicious pizza. We urge all our guests to get involved and get curious about the process of making undoubtedly one of the world's most delicious foods! At No Mad Baker we also pay close attention to the growth of our team and, in fact, gave out our first franchise to our manager of five years in 2019! We strive to be able to push everyone we work with to achieve their goals.
