NOA Today works directly with mortgage brokers to provide Notice of Assessment documents on behalf of their clients. As all mortgage brokers know, Notice of Assessment documents are commonly requested by lenders during the application process. Often, the client has misplaced these documents and it can take weeks to get access from the CRA. Approved Mortgage Brokers have their clients complete a T1013 / NOA Today Consent Agreement. This agreement gives authorization to an individual in our office to access the required documents directly from the CRA on the client’s behalf. The agreement also allows the authorized CRA contact within our company to share these documents with the NOA Today Agent. Once the agreements have been signed and the order has been placed, brokers receive the documents within 24 hours, allowing them to move forward with the application and close more deals!
