Our training cohorts are designed to reflect the communities the tech sector serves - over indexing on diversity measures compared with traditional tech hires - with at least 50% women and non-binary representation, 84% career changers, and a vibrant mix of diversity across ethnicities, cultures, social statuses, professional backgrounds, age brackets, and LGBTQIA+ identities.
