His years as an operating executive have been with globally branded companies: PepsiCo, Dannon, Häagen-Dazs, Burger King, Coty, Polycom, TOMS Shoes, ascena retail group, HomeServe USA, Daymon Worldwide, lululemon athletica in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and most recently, Bombardier in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a CIO/CTO, he leads global technology teams to innovate companies via executing strategic, cross-functional implementations of global systems from front-end CRM and eCommerce to back-end corporate systems; and integrating acquired businesses. His expertise is to quickly gain creditability of the technology function, establish governance, and institute customer (internal and external) engagement across an enterprise.
