Founded in 2008, NPA provides fundraising, marketing, communications, and organizational development services to small and medium sized non-profits nationally. We are donor-centric and data driven. We believe that by developing and nurturing strong donor relationships that most organizations can grow their annual philanthropic income by 15-25% a year. Engagements have included interim CEO and chief development officer. NPA has designed and implemented strategies for annual giving, capital campaigns, direct mail, social media, and board development. Our speciality is MAJOR GIFTS and we use and teach Moves Management. Ours in NOT a "cookie cutter" approach. Each engagement begins with a free consultation leading to a customized plan with timelines and benchmarks that meet our client's needs and budget. Unique in consulting, NPA consultants often work as part-time contractors representing our clients to donors and in the community.
