The NonProfit Alliance (NPA) is a For Purpose organisation dedicated to building leadership capability within the Australian Non-profit sector. NPA offers two distinct leadership programs exclusively for the non-profit sector - The NPA Leadership Hub Program (for CEOs and Leadership Team Members) and the NPA Coaching Program (for Senior Managers and Aspiring Leaders). At the core of NPA’s success is the belief in developing stronger non-profit leaders, to help build more robust organisations, thereby creating a more empowered sector. and ultimately greater social impact. NPA was established by Kelly, and her business partner, Carmel Molloy, two professional Australian women who have built their careers working for national and global non-profit organisations. The NPA Leadership programs provide a vibrant, sharing and mentoring professional network designed exclusively to meet the unique needs of non-profit executives. They have been developed by non-profit executives - for non-profit executives. The programs are for non-profit leaders who want to challenge their thinking and approach and who want to collaborate to help build leadership capability within the sector.
