NOON Capital aims at improving the way properties are funded, developed and managed in South-East Asia. We fully integrated our value chain to control costs and execution, and we offer stylish yet affordable spaces to young professionals looking for a genuine neighborhood vibe and sense of belonging. Last December, we completed our first project in Chalong, the upcoming residential district of Phuket, and we are currently working on Phase II of the same development as well as Spazio, a network of co-living spaces in Thailand. We love FinTech too, and we are integrating blockchain technology into our fundraising and property management.
