We intend to provide an exit opportunity to existing owner(s) while building upon the success and legacy of that business. COMMITMENT The acquired business will be Noonmark’s sole focus. Devin McGrath will dedicate himself to operating the company. Mr. McGrath will focus on preserving and strengthening existing relationships with customers, employees and partners. Noonmark does not seek to fix what is not broken, but instead will aim to implement methodical and thoughtful business improvements. Unlike strategic takeovers or typical buyout firm transactions, Noonmark is not looking to flip a company for a quick profit. We are committed to operating the business for the long-term and consequently, our success hinges on the accomplishments of the acquired company.
