NoosaLab was one of the first media-for-equity venture studios in Europe, founded in Milan in 2010 with offices in Los Angeles. Our mission was to identify high-potential digital business models already validated in other markets and scale them in Southern Europe by combining capital efficiency and media amplification. Operating as an innovation hub, NoosaLab partnered with top media groups across Europe to launch and grow successful ventures. Over 75% of our startups survived or exited, including: • Italist – global luxury marketplace (exit 2024 to InspoGroup) • SoSTariffe – comparison platform (exit to MutualLine in 2021) • MyBeautyBox – acquired by RCS in 2014 • Coverzen – raised Series A with Vertis With a strong track record in talent selection, venture building, and strategic scaling, NoosaLab helped shape Italy’s early innovation ecosystem and launched some of the most recognized tech-enabled consumer brands in the market.
